Blues & Browns Baby Quilt

Making Baby Quilts for our newest family members is one of my favorite hobbies.  This one is pieced together with 2x2" squares and 4x2" rectangles.  What makes it so special?  The dark blue check fabric was cut from a favorite shirt his Daddy had as a teen - the light blue plaid from his Uncle - and the brown and white check from Gramp.  What fun!



Easy as can be!  Just create strips of alternating randomly selected squares and rectangles, then sew the strips together.  Back and bind with coordinating fabric.
